Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots



Easy side dish I love to make throughout the year.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6

What You Need

  • 1 16 oz Bag of Baby Carrots.
  • ½ Cup Water.
  • 2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar.
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of Butter.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.


Instructions

With medium sauce pan, Bring carrots, water, butter and brown sugar to boil over medium heat.

Once you get the sauce pan to boil bring the temperature down to low and simmer for 6 minutes.

After six minutes turn temperature back up to high and cook until all the water has evaporated and carrots are tender. Around 5-6 more minutes.

Remove from heat, garnish with parsley and serve. 

Note: Serve Hot.
