Last Minute Crockpot Taco Dip

Taco Dip
This is one of my impromptu dinners. I had
everything for tacos besides shells, and a few items. So I grabbed everything I
did have on hand and created a Taco Dip. Simple recipe that you toss in the crockpot
and come back for it later.
Prep Time: 20 minutes.
Cook Time: 2 hours.
Crockpot temperature: High
What You Need
- 1 pound of Ground Beef.
- 1 16oz can Pinto Beans.
- 1 16oz can Black Beans.
- 1 bag or can of corn.
- 2 packets of reduced sodium taco seasoning,
- 1 16oz can of diced petite tomatoes.
- 1 16oz can of Tomato Sauce.
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Half of an onion.
- Any verity of cheese you have on hand.
- Sour Cream for topping.
- Tortilla Chips or whatever you want to use for dipping.
Instructions
Cook ground beef, drain set aside.
Add to crockpot pinto beans, black beans, corn,
both packets of taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and
onion. Mix together before adding beef.
Let everything cook together on high for two
hours, add cheese let melt.
Add favorite toppings and serve.
