Mushrooms
I normally make these for all family
gatherings, such as Thanksgiving. They are fast, easy, and inexpensive to make. This will make a
perfect side for many different meals.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 6
Oven Temperature: 400 degrees
What You Need
- 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned
- 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Butter
- 1 Teaspoon thyme. (dry or fresh)
- 1 ½ tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
In a large bowl add Oil, Salt, and Pepper, mix
mushrooms gently.
Use a large baking sheet line it with aluminum
foil, or parchment paper, place mushrooms on baking sheet. Do not stack
mushrooms.
Cook for 20 minutes.
In a sauce pan on medium heat melt butter, cook
until it turns a light brown color. Remove sauce pan from heat. Add garlic,
thyme, and lemon juice to sauce pan with the butter.
Once mushrooms are finished remove from oven
and toss with butter mix.
Note: Serve Hot.
