The beef is so under cooked, that it is starting to eat the salad!

Okay guys . . .  Let's talk meat safe temperatures. Believe it or not this is a very important topic. Do not be ashamed if you are new to cooking do not know. Did you know that you can create the perfect steak if you know the proper temperature to cook it to? If you do, good for you, if you don't keep reading!
Helpful Note: It is always best to let beef, pork, and poultry rest a few minutes off heat before cutting or serving. 

BEEF
Rare: 125 degrees
Medium: 145 degrees
Well: 155 degrees
Brisket: 205 degrees

PORK
160 degrees

Poultry
165 degrees

Fish
145 degrees or until fish is opaque.
Opaque – not able to see through; not transparent.
