If you love the cream cheese heaven that is a
jalapeno popper. . . Then this is the recipe for you. Spicy, creamy, and delicious.
This recipe is easy; however, it will make your family or guest believe otherwise.

Cook Time: 40 Minutes

Note: When preparing jalapenos consider how
much spice you would like this dish to have. If it is a mild taste make sure to
but all the seeds, and centers out of the jalapenos, wash them and set aside.
If you want more heat leave in some of the centers and seeds. Everything with
spice is always personal. Make it the way you want it.
Note: This dish can be served over a bed of
rice, roasted cauliflower, or any combo you choose.
What You Will Need
- 2lbs. Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast, sliced think. (remove all the access fat from chicken breast)
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder.
- 8oz Cream Cheese, Softened.
- ½ Pound Jalapeno Peppers (5-6 peppers)
- 4oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated.
- ½ Cup Crumbled Crispy Bacon.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375
Lay chicken breast flat in a casserole dish.
Season them with garlic powder then spread the cream cheese over them evenly.
Prepare the jalapenos according to how to you
like them. Read the noted section above for more info.
Cut jalapenos into long strips, lay on top of
cream cheese covered chicken breast. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Place in
oven not covered.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, remove from over 5
minutes before cooking is complete and sprinkle cooked bacon over top. Place
back in over uncovered for additional 5 minutes. Let rest, and serve.
Note: Serve Warm.
