Mac & Cheese
I made this mac and cheese last night for a
group of amazing people, and it was a huge hit. Simple, easy, and fast. It is a
Paula Deen recipe I found on pinterest, I will post the link below for the original. I customized
this recipe, and choose not to use every ingredient that was in the original
recipe, and I added my own twist on it.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes.
Cook Time: 2 hours.
Crock Pot Temp: Low.
What You Need
- 2 Cups uncooked Elbow Macaroni.
- 6 Tablespoons of Butter. (Salted or Non-Salted)
- ½ Cup Sour Cream.
- 1 10oz Can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup.
- 1 Package of Cream Cheese, cubed.
- 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese.
- ½ teaspoon Salt.
- 1 ½ Cups Whole Milk.
- ½ Teaspoon Dry Mustard.
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper.
- Crockpot
Instructions
Cook elbow macaroni noodles for 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
In a medium Saucepan, melt butter. Add condensed
cheese and 2 cups of cheddar cheese, stir while they melt together until
smooth.
Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Add
cooked pasta, melted cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, dry mustard, milk, cream
cheese. Mix well.
Cook on low for two hours, stirring
occasionally.
Note: Serve Hot.
